VÁN ÉP BAO BÌ VIỆT NAM

Ván ép bao bì là loại ván ép giá rẻ được sử dụng phổ biến tại Việt Nam.

Dưới đây chúng tôi xin giới thiệu về đặc tính của ván ép bao bì tại xưởng Kat Wood:

Vietnam packing plywood

  • Tên sản phẩm: Gỗ dán bao bì (hay còn được gọi là gỗ dán giá rẻ)
  • Mặt trước: Bintangor, Okoume, Pencil cedar, công nghệ, xoan đào, bồ đề…
  • Mặt sau: Bồ đề
  • Cốt: Gỗ tạp (gỗ cứng)
  • Phân loại: A/A, A/B, A/C, B/C…
  • Độ dày: 2mm tới 30mm
  • Dung sai: +/-0.5mm
  • Keo: MR, E0, E1, E2
  • Kích thước: 1220x2440mm, 1230x2440mm, 900x1800mm
  • Độ ẩm: Dưới 15%
  • Quy chuẩn: 1 cont 40HC (16 đến 18 pallet)
  • Nguồn gốc xuất xứ: Việt Nam
  • Mục đích sử dụng: Làm pallet, thùng, kệ…

 

QUY TRÌNH SẢN XUẤT GỖ DÁN BAO BÌ:

Để nhận biết một tấm ván tốt, chúng ta cần tìm hiểu quy trình sản xuất tấm ván như thế nào. Dưới đây là quy trình sản xuất ván ép bao bì giá rẻ:

  1. Cắt thân cây gỗ rừng trồng thành những đoạn có độ dài phù hợp, loại bỏ lớp vỏ.
  2. Sử dụng máy bóc để tạo ra những tấm độn theo kích cỡ và độ dày mong muốn (độn cũng được chia làm nhiều loại: độn A, B, C)
  3. Làm khô độn: Có 2 phương pháp là làm khô tự nhiên và làm khô bằng máy. Làm khô bằng máy: Cho độn vào máy và đặt thời gian phù hợp để độn đạt độ ẩm như yêu cầu. Làm khô thủ công: Trải độn vào dàn phơi và phơi cho tới khi đạt độ ẩm phù hợp.
  4. Quay keo: Sử dụng máy quay keo để tán keo dàn đều 2 mặt của tấm độn
  5. Xếp độn: Tùy vào độ dày yêu cầu của tấm ván, người công nhân sau khi trải mặt sẽ xếp lần lượt độn 1 lượt dọc, 1 lượt ngang để tấm ván đạt độ chắc chắn nhất sau cùng là lớp ván mặt.
  6. Ép nóng: Sau khi xếp độn xong, sẽ chuyển vào máy ép nóng để định hình tấm ván và kết dính các lớp độn với nhau
  7. Làm khô: Sau khi ván ép xong, sẽ qua 1 quá trình để thoáng để làm khô tấm ván, chủ yếu là dùng quạt.
  8. Tiếp theo là dùng máy cắt cưa cắt tấm ván theo kích thước mong muốn.
  9. Cuối cùng là công nhân sẽ chọn lựa để lọc ra những tấm ván đáp ứng đủ yêu cầu về độ kết dính, độ dày, độ ẩm và thẩm mĩ.
